Before making payment to join our Members Only Site, you must agree to the following:
Urban Radio Exclusives (U.R.E.) is a Promotional Remixing, Link Finder, service for use by working DJs. You are paying solely for access to the site. Any music tracks or remixes that are posted you already own and have obtained by legal means. By making payment you certify that you are a working DJ and will use any knowledge or material obtained from promos4radio.blogspot.com Members area for the sole purpose of enhancing your DJ performance and will NOT sell, resell, or redistribute any of the files acquired within this website. Furthermore, before joining our members only section, you certify that you own and have already legally acquired the original works, and/or remixes contained within.
We DO NOT host any links to any pirated music, videos or software.
The service we provide is designed for DJs, Remixers and Song Selectors, and by ‘SUBSCRIBING’ you are confirming that you are a working DJ, or Remixer.
We do not host any files on our servers. We collect subscription payment to keep this site active only. Any links found are links that are already posted online by other people.
Terms of Service
- I am not accessing this material to use against the site operator or any person whatsoever in any conceivable manner.
- I will not “share” or “intend to share” ANY of the content on another website/blog.
- I will not redistribute this material to anyone nor will I keep it longer than 24 hours.
- I am not a law enforcement officer, nor a postal inspector, nor operating under an assumed name or in cooperation with the RIAA, FBI, or any criminal investigation; nor am I seeking out evidence which may serve as the basis for any charge of violating federal, state, or local laws

- I understand and state that I am retrieving material from a location where it does not violate any federal, state, or local law or community standard, and agree to bear the full, complete, and sole responsibility for bringing such material into whatever community I choose to do so. Furthermore, I agree to review the material before retrieving it and assure the operators that any material which I retrieve will not violate the federal, state, or local laws or community standards for the community into which I choose to bring the material. I will only use the files for informational purposes.
- I will not download any files unless I live in a country that allows me to legally use them. I will not testify to what I saw on this page. I also will NOT testify to anything that I see in the Members area.
- I will not download anything that is copyrighted here for any purpose other than viewing this content. I will not modify, redistribute, copy, or transfer anything copyrighted here.

If you are found to be in breach of any of these terms, then your membership will be terminated with immediate effect with no refund, and further legal action may be taken.
We can only offer refunds before you are given access to the site. Once you have been given access to the site there will be no refunds under any circumstances. If you ever open a dispute against us "Playtime" in Paypal you will be instantly banned for life. Please contact us with any issues so we can resolve them.
Please be courteous to staff at all times. We will always deal with any problems that arise in a timely fashion, but we ask that members are never rude to our staff. If you are abusive to staff via any contact method then your membership will be terminated immediately with no refund given.
